1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you accept these terms of service. If you act on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. Service Description

streambrid.ge provides tailored interface solutions for audio content providers. We connect your existing infrastructure with various streaming platforms and aggregators through custom integrations.

3. Your Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide correct and complete information
• Own the rights to the provided content
• Not use our services for illegal purposes
• Comply with API limits and fair use policies
• Keep access credentials confidential

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to our software, APIs, and documentation remain with us. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use for the duration of the business relationship.

5. API Usage

Use of our API is subject to defined rate limits. If exceeded, we reserve the right to temporarily restrict access. Details can be found in the API documentation.

6. Availability

We strive for 99.7% availability. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance. We assume no liability for outages due to force majeure.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for indirect damages and lost profits is excluded.

8. Indemnification

You indemnify us from all third-party claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. We reserve the right to immediate termination for serious violations.

10. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by Dutch law. The place of jurisdiction is Amsterdam, Netherlands.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated by email 30 days before taking effect.
